The Chalet Solaire home page: a snow-covered alpine chalet roof at dusk above the lit Rhône valley, the site name set in gold over the photograph.

Chalet Solaire

A fictitious private alpine chalet above Crans-Montana that sleeps ten.

The Marginalia home page: a cream page carrying a photograph of a candlelit shelf of cookbooks and stoneware jars above an open book, the restaurant name laid on a pale card over the photograph's lower corner.

Marginalia

A fictitious dining room inside a cookbook library in Marylebone.

The Mother of All Demos home page: a near-black editorial spread, the headline 'The day the future appeared on a screen' set in cream and coral serif beside an archival photograph of Douglas Engelbart at SRI in 1968.

The Mother of All Demos

The ninety minutes in 1968 that showed what computing could become.

The shift

The first click happens in ChatGPT now.

More and more journeys start with an AI answer. A website that just sits there is becoming the thing people check only when the AI can't.

For twenty years the website was the destination: you wrote the pages, people found them. Now the destination is an answer — assembled somewhere else, from whatever your site said the last time it was crawled.

The sites that win from here are the ones that can answer for themselves — any question, in any language, with facts that are actually current.

What Livealy does

Infinitely clickable.

Click any word. Click any image. A brand-new page comes back in under two seconds — designed in your brand and personalized to the visitor in front of it.

Their city. Their language. The time of day. The pages they've already seen. Visitors dive into topics you'd never have written a page for, and ask the niche questions no FAQ would ever cover.

Not a chatbot bolted on. Whole pages, with their own links.

One source of truth

Every page renders from one Knowledge Base.

The approved facts about your business, in one place you control. Fix a fact once and every answer after it is right — in every language.

Pages aren't copies you maintain. They're rendered from the Knowledge Base at the moment of the click — so there's no stale page to hunt down, and no old price quietly contradicting a new one.

Nothing enters it without your approval, and every fact carries who changed it, when, and why. Your accountant would call it an audit trail. Your visitors just call it right.

The Livealy Knowledge Base admin: 39 approved facts at version 7, zero waiting for review, an item open with its accepted versions, and the note that corrections never erase their source.

The Knowledge Base behind the page you're reading. Every change on the record.

The insight loop

Your visitors tell you what's missing.

Every question your site couldn't answer is a gap in your Knowledge Base. Livealy finds the pattern and sends you one email — not a dashboard to babysit.

Answer once, from your phone, and the gap closes for every visitor after — in every language you serve. Your site gets more accurate every week instead of quietly going stale.

The Livealy analytics dashboard in dark mode: metric tiles for visitors, page views, average time, and pages per visit, each with a sparkline, above a visitors-and-page-views chart.

The dashboard is there for the curious. The email means you never have to open it.

Search and AI

Real visitors get live pages. Bots get static ones.

Two very different readers are on your site right now. Livealy serves each one exactly what it wants.

for people

Live pages

Rendered on the fly for the person in front of them — their language, their question, their journey, under two seconds.

for machines

Static pages

Fast, SEO-friendly pages of the same approved facts. Crawlers and AI agents read clean HTML, instantly.

So the same site ranks in Google and gets quoted in ChatGPT. One site, both games.

The bill

Set a limit once. Then stop thinking about it.

A hard daily ceiling, in dollars, that you set. Livealy never spends past it — and everything already published keeps working when it's reached.

The daily spend limit control: a checked "Set a daily limit" switch, a slider at $10 a day — about 200 Live Pages at today's price — and "Used $0 today. Resets at midnight UTC."

One switch in Settings. Resets at midnight UTC.

The worst day a Livealy site can have is an ordinary website.

The engine

AI composes the page. A protocol certifies it.

Every page is a typed Scene document — composed by a model, then certified against hard laws for contrast, geometry, and motion before a pixel ships.

The model owns what a page says. The engine owns how it renders: deterministically, in your design system, on any screen. A page either passes certification or it never leaves the building.

Because the document is the product, the renderer is replaceable. The same certified page can be repainted by renderers that don't exist yet — spoken ones and spatial ones already run in the lab.

This is the slowest, ugliest, and most expensive Livealy will ever be.

Model prices fall. Renderers improve. Pages you publish today ride the whole curve without you lifting a finger.

Design

Beautiful in your brand. More beautiful over time.

Every page is composed in your design system — palette, type, rhythm, motion — and certified before it ships. On a desktop, press D: the design system opens on any Livealy page.

Design Mode open over the Livealy homepage hero: preset chips, sliders for font size, drama, air, bleed and gutter, a typeface picker, palette swatches, and a Save Settings button.

Design Mode, photographed open over this very page.

Most websites depreciate.

This one compounds: more accurate every week, more beautiful every release. Twenty years of building for the web went into it — be one of the first to put it to work.

Livealy is built by one person. That won't be forever — if you've run high-scale, high-uptime systems and "ops-minded" describes you, say so in the notes below.
